Quickly filter products

1. Filter feature

   There are several filter options to help you find the products you need, including manufacturer, price range and configurable or stock items. You can also filter by technical specifications such as design, voltage type or safety contacts. Products can also be sorted alphabetically, by price or by rating.

2. Finding products with similar technical features

   Finding items with similar technical features is really simple. On the item detail page, you can select the relevant features under the technical specifications. Clicking on the "Search for similar items" button opens an overview of products with the selected features.

Manage various parts lists

You can manage project-related products under parts lists. This area can be found at the top of the page as well as in your account.

On the category overview page or the product detail page click on the parts list link, to add items to a list. You can assign the respective product either to a new list (including a matching title and a description) or to a project list that you have already created.

You also have the option to transfer your shopping basket to a parts list and vice versa. To order your pre-marked products from a list, simply click on the button "Add parts list to the shopping basket". Practical: the Parts list title is visible on the invoice in the reference field at the end of the order process.

Quick & easy quotation creation

Do you need a quotation before purchasing? You can also obtain this conveniently from the online shop. Simply select one or more items via the category overview page or product detail page by clicking on the link Create quotation. As soon as you are logged in, you can simply download the quotation as a PDF. You can convert the quotation with just one click in the parts list, or if you have decided to make the purchase, you can add the products from the list to your shopping basket.

The prices of the online shop at the time of the creation of the quotation apply. It should also be taken into account that the shipping costs may differ from the specified shipping costs depending on the selected shipping method. The validity of the prices and conditions can be found in the respective quotation, although items are subject to prior sale.

Easy adjustment of your invoice delivery method

Simply specify which invoice type you prefer in My Account, under Invoice delivery. You can select whether you would like to receive the invoice in electronic form to your email inbox, or in classic paper form by post. The default setting is for invoices to be sent by email. Here you also have the option to specify a different email address.

Shipment tracking with tracking feature

Once the goods have been dispatched, you can view the parcel's tracking code under Orders. In this way, you can track your parcel and stay up to date at all times.

Digital retrieval of documents for maximum control

In your account under the section Orders, you can not only see the order status and general order history but by clicking on the PDF download button you also can download at any time the respective digital documents for your orders. So, you never lose track and always have control over your ordering processes at Automation24.

Easy repurchase

Under Orders you can repurchase previously purchased products with one click or repeat complete orders. But you also have the option to use the parts list in your account to make it easier to place recurring orders or to mark new products for your next order.

Multi-User accounts for individual account management

Here you can easily create different contact persons with their own address editing options. All orders can be viewed and managed via the main account.

My Recommendations and Exclusive Coupons

In the My Recommendations section under My Account, you will find product recommendations tailored to your interests and needs, as well as exclusive coupons.

1. Accessory recommendations based on your orders

   Simply select a product from your last order to receive matching accessory recommendations. These will then appear clearly and directly, including prices, availability, and delivery times.

   You also have the option to view related product areas and categories that can complement your order meaningfully.

2. Always at hand: exclusive reorder coupon after purchase

   After each purchase, you will receive as a thank-you for your loyalty a coupon for your next order. This is displayed directly on the order confirmation page.

   The coupon will remain accessible at any time in the My Recommendations section under My Account, keeping it securely stored.

   The code is valid for 30 days and cannot be combined with other coupon promotions.

3. Product recommendations based on the purchasing behavior of customers with similar interests

   Additionally, you will receive further product recommendations based on the purchasing behavior of other customers with similar interests, which are also displayed with all relevant order information.

   These recommendations are complemented by additional relevant product areas and categories that might be of interest to you.
