Advantages and properties of stainless steel wall-mounted control cabinets

Compact control cabinets can be made from various materials. There are stainless-steel-control-cabinets that impress with a good price/performance ratio, and polycarbonate control cabinets, which are robust and light. Stainless steel wall-mounted control cabinets are particularly durable and are very well suited for outdoor applications, as they are corrosion-resistant and, as such, do not rust. Furthermore, other extreme environmental conditions such as heat are no problem for the stainless steel control cabinets.

Stainless steel is steel that has a high degree of purity, i.e. with only very small quantities of sulphur or phosphorous. However, it is only with the addition of chromium that rust-resistant stainless steel is produced, and the steel becomes heat and corrosion-resistant.
