Radar level sensor WIKA ILT-C01 - 14844961
The ILT-C01-14844961 electronic level sensor from WIKA, with protection rating IP67, operates using a 60 GHz radar and measures non-contact between 100...5000 mm at temperatures of -40...100 °C. Measurement is possible directly or through non-metallic walls. The level sensor features an analogue output (4–20 mA). Two additional switching outputs are available as an option. The ILT-C01-14844961 electronic level sensor features an empty calibration function that is calibrated via a magnet. Empty calibration permanently filters out interfering internal features in the tank (such as agitators or walls), ensuring that the sensor measures only the actual medium. Magnetic empty calibration is used to adapt the system to the tank conditions and the Measuring range; in this process, the tank bottom is set to 0% fill level. For media with a dielectric constant 2...20 (e.g. oils) a coaxial pipe is required for operation (see accessories).
